Already knowing your neighbours

The only thing more exciting than buying a block of land is finding out your friends  are buying one across the road and three doors down! The awesome amount of perks of having someone so close is countless! Nothing makes something less daunting then having someone else go through it with you at the same time. Having a sounding board to run ideas by and to make sure you don't forget anything is awesome!
